Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

The facts reveal that cases under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 were registered against the petitioner, in both the Writ Petitions, for transporting bullocks in lorry in large numbers before the Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class at Bhongir. Petitioner in these Writ Petitions seeks release of the said bullocks.

Since the petitioner has an effective remedy under Section 451 of Criminal Procedure Code before the Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class at Bhongir, granting liberty to the petitionerto avail the said remedy, these two Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
