HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.R.P.Nos.1939 & 671 of 1998 COMMON ORDER :

These two revisions are preferred against order dated 27.11.1997 in E.A.No.19 of 1997 and 67 of 1997 respectively in E.P.No.4 of 1996 on the file of District & Sessions Judge, R.R. District at Saroornagar.

2. As seen from the record, there were connected CRP Nos.344 of 1998 and 1931 of 1998 and this Court dismissed those C.R.Ps, against which, parties approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and SLPs were also dismissed.

3. As no interest is evinced in prosecuting the cases, these two Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these two revisions, shall stand closed. __________________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J Date: 28-04-2016.
