When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common judgment of this Court in Writ Appeal No.188 of 2015 and batch, dated 06.08.2015 and in view of the said common judgment, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Following the said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs. Interim order dated 20.01.2012 stands vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
