Subhash Reddy) This appeal is filed aggrieved by order dated 29.07.2005, passed in I.A.No.408 of 2005 in O.P.No.148 of 2005, by the Family Court, Secunderabad.

By the aforesaid impugned order, the interlocutory application filed by the respondent under Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, is allowed, giving custody of child to the respondent-mother.

Though this appeal is filed in the year 2005, there is no representation on behalf of appellant when the matter is called. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
