Learned Government Pleader for Arbitration, Sri Sarath, by reference to communication No.F1/OS-35/2005/2015, dated 20.08.2015, states that the order, dated 01.09.2014, in C.R.P.No.5227 of 2013 has been complied with by the respondent and the certified copy as directed by this Court is made available to the revision petitioner.

The communication, dated 20.08.2015, is placed on record and the contempt case is dismissed.
