As there was no representation for the petitioner on 10.07.2017, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL". Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf, both in the morning as well as in the afternoon. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
