HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.4411 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner is working as a Hostel Welfare Officer, Grade-II in Government S.T. Boys Hostel, Kowlas, Jukal Mandal, Nizamabad District. In this Writ Petition, he assails the action of the respondents in issuing to him three charge memos dt.12-03-2015, 23-11-2015 and 22-09-2017 and states that this amounts to harassment in view of his impending superannuation within two years. 3.

A reading of the charge memos clearly indicates that the charges pertain to different incidents and therefore it cannot be said that for the same incident, different charge memos have been issued. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is anxious for the conclusion of the enquiries initiated pursuant to the said charge memos in view of the impending retirement and seeks a direction that the same to be concluded expeditiously in accordance with the procedure and provisions of the C.C.A. Rules, 1991.

5.

Learned Government Pleader for Services states that he has no objection for the same.

MSR,J W.P.No.4411 of 2018 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conclude the disciplinary enquiry initiated on the basis of three charge memos referred to above in accordance with the C.C.A. Rules, 1991 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one year. No costs.

7.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
