Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Administration (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition assailing the notice in B.A.No.657/2015/G1 dt.02.07.2016 of 2nd respondent issued under Section 452 (1) and (2) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, alleging that the constructions made by petitioners are in deviation of the sanctioned plan and asking the petitioners to showcause why further action should not be taken against them.

3. The counsel for petitioners states that if petitioners are granted two (02) weeks' time from to-day, the petitioners will file an explanation to the said show-cause notice.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent - Corporation states that the 2nd respondent will not take any action till reply of petitioners to the show-cause notice dt.02.07.2016 is received.

5. In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing petitioners to submit reply to the

show-cause notice dt.02.07.2016 to 2nd respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. Till then, the structures erected by petitioners shall not be demolished.

In default of petitioners filing their explanation to the above notice within the time stipulated, it is open to 2nd respondent to take further action in accordance with law.
