Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and the learned XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.346 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
