This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.352 of 2016 on the file of Bhongir Town Police Station, Yadadri-Bhongir District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 386 and 120B of IPC. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondentState and perused the record. 3.
As per the First Information Report dated 01.10.2016, the petitioner/ accused threatened the de facto complainant to do away his life and removed the boundary stones of his land. The allegations levelled against the petitioner/ accused are grave and specific constituting the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 386 and 120B of IPC. Hence, it is not a fit case to consider the request of the petitioner to quash the proceedings.
