This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.3 to quash the FIR in Crime No.446 of 2017 on the file of Bhongir Town Police Station, Yadadri-Bhongir District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 386 and 120B of IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

As per the First Information Report dated 08.12.2017, the petitioner/ A.3 threatened the de facto complainant to do away his life and removed the boundary stones of his plots. The allegations levelled against the petitioner/ A.3 are grave and specific constituting the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 386 and 120B of IPC. Hence, it is not a fit case to consider the request of the petitioner to quash the proceedings.
