When the matter was taken up on 01.11.2018, none appeared nor any representation was made on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

Even today, when the matter is called, none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
