This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.264 of 2018 of Lalguda Police Station, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.2/ State and perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.2/ State, on instructions, submits that charge sheet is filed in the said crime.

Therefore, the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 are granted liberty to agitate with regard to filing of the charge sheet. 5.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
