THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4386 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the application of the petitioner, dated 07.07.2017, for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.2.84 cents in Survey No.554/1 and Ac.2.16 cents in Survey No.554/2A, situated in Ommangi Village, Prathipadu Mandal, East Godavari District.

After the matter was adjourned, learned Government Pleader get written instructions from the Tahsildar, Prathipadu, stating that the land to an extent of Ac.127.56 cents of Government land was distributed to 86 beneficiaries of Vommangi Village. But, the name of the petitioner does not find place in the list of beneficiaries. Even assuming that the petitioner was assigned land, she was not using for purpose of cultivation, but she is doing illegal mining in the said land. 3.

But, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Since the petitioner filed an application on 07.07.2017, it is for the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the said application, for which thirty (30) days time is granted to him. 4.
