ORDER

The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.4112 of 2018, wherein this Court passed interim order directing the respondents not to demolish the petitioner's house, however, the petitioner shall not be allowed to construct further. Whereas in the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the construction of G+1 floor of his house and he has also categorically asserted in the affidavit that he is proceeding with the construction of 2nd and 3rd floor slabs.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to pass any order. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. _______________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 14th March, 2019 sj
