There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue a writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 5 in not approving the proposals submitted by the petitioner herein dt. 14-1-2013 appointing the correspondents to the CBCNC Schools in Krishna District as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and cannot be justified in the eye of law and consequentially direct the respondents to approve the proposals submitted by the petitioner herein on 14-1-2013 in the interest of justice."

Learned GP for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 informs the Court that the subsequent proposals submitted by the petitioner are subject matter of another Writ Petition in this Court and thereby, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition. 4.
Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition since it has become infructuous. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
