This Criminal Revision Case preferred against the Order dated 31.12.2010 in M.P.No.1083 of 2010 in M.C.No.15 of 2010 passed by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

02. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous as the main MC was disposed of on 04-06-2013.

03. The same is recorded.

04. In view of the above submission, nothing survives to proceed with this Criminal Revision Case and the same is liable to be dismissed.

05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
