HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.6820 and 6828 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that after completion of investigation a charge sheet was filed in Crime No.236 of 2013. After taking cognizance of the offence, the case is numbered as C.C.No.1634 of 2013. However, the matter ended in compromise on 14.07.2018 before the Lok Adalath. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that no rowdy sheet is opened against the petitioners.

Recording the above said submissions, both the writ petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
