This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.575 of 2017 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachakonda District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 30.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, and C.C.No.345 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
