THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION Nos. 207 and 209 of 2014 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) When the matters are called learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana appears and submitted written instructions wherein it is stated that the Government of Telangana decided to implement the Post Matriculation Scholarship Scheme to the eligible local students as per the Scholarship Policy in terms of Article 371-D of the Constitution of India as applicable to the State of Telangana. In view of the aforesaid changed decision, we feel that the Government is not pursuing the impugned document any more. Let a copy of the written instructions is kept on record and a copy thereof shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners. The writ petitions are accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
