05.06.2023 ML,J IA No.1 of 2023 The present application is filed by accused No.1 to alter the conditions imposed in the bail granted by this Court on 14.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.1927 of 2023.

In Crl.P.No.1927 of 2023, the condition imposed was that the petitioner/accused No.1 shall attend before the Station House Officer, Mancherial Town Police Station, Ramagundam District on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report.

It is stated that the petitioner is presently charged for the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC for committing suicide by his wife. It is further stated that the petitioner had initially secured job as Constable and later he got job as Municipal Commissioner in Group-II examination. The aforesaid condition imposed in the order dated 14.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.1927 of 2023 is causing great hardship to the petitioner in attending his duties.

The learned Public Prosecutor opposed this application.

The petitioner was involved for the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC for committing suicide by his wife and he has been attending the concerned Police Station for the last three months and complying with the

OFFICE NOTE condition. On account of location of job as Municipal Commissioner, Yadagirigutta, it is much difficult to the petitioner to attend before the Police Station regularly. Therefore, this Court feels that attendance is unwarranted, however, whenever the Investigating Officer requires for investigation, the petitioner shall appear before the police station.

In the result, the application is allowed dispensing with the aforesaid condition imposed in the order dated 14.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.1927 of 2023.
