These two Writ Petitions are filed challenging the action of the respondents in seeking to evict the petitioners from agricultural land in Sy.Nos.30/1, 38/1 and 38/2 totally admeasuring Ac.10.29 guntas situated in Rukmapoor Village, Choppadandi Mandal, Karimnagar district and Ac.2.00 situated in Sy.No.439 of Chintakunta Village, Karimnagar Mandal (presently Kothapally Mandal), Karimnagar District. 2.

When these matters are taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the land was not proposed to double bed room scheme purpose even though the lands were sold violating the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (PoT) Act, 1977.

In view of the written instructions issued to the learned Government Pleader, these two Writ Petitions are closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
