When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 30-01-2018 police registered a case in Cr.No.23 of 2018 on the file of Gonegandla Police Station, Kurnool District under Sections 447, 509 and 506 r/ w 34 IPC and taken up investigation. In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
