HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7766 & 7767 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7389 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 5 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.252 of 2016 of CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 406 & 420 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
