CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of certiorari, to quash order dated 19.08.2010 in C.C.No.50 of 2008 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Nizamabad. 2.

This Court dismissed a writ petition of identical nature, namely, W.P.No.28551 of 2010 by order dated 10.08.2018, holding that the petitioner therein was not entitled to invoke the jurisdiction of this court, bypassing the alternative remedy of appeal provided under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. 3.
