Heard learned c ounsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Admittedly, the order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (for short 'the Act') has been passed and the same is not the subjec t matter of the present writ petition. Against the order under Section 6 of the Act, the petitioner has more than one remedy. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ prayer.

The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
