THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.86 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against order dated 31.10.2011 in I.A.No.149 of 2011 in O.S.No.4 of 2011 on the file of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Plaintiff filed the above referred suit for specific performance of contract and in that suit consequential relief of injunction is prayed restraining the defendant from alienating the property. Plaintiff filed I.A.No.149 of 2011 for interim relief of injunction. The Court below, on a consideration of material on record, granted injunction restraining the defendant from alienating the suit schedule property pending disposal of the suit. Aggrieved by the said order, defendant preferred the present appeal. As seen from the office note, the main suit O.S.No.4 of 2011 was disposed of on 18.06.2014. As the suit itself was disposed of on 18.06.

2014, nothing remains in this appeal for adjudication. In spite of posting this matter under the caption 'Specially Identified Cases', no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _____________________ S.
