HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1478 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.1006 of 2018 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 10.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and the case is referred as "civil in nature" on 08.4.2019, vide proceedings of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Banjara Hills. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
