Mr. K. Surender Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in the light of the subsequent developments, the petitioner no longer wishes to pursue this writ petition and she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law as regards any other grievances. Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
