Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Alleging that inspite of granting perpetual injunction to the petitioner in O.S.No.769 of 2010 on 31.12.2018 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, the unofficial respondents herein are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the subject property, petitioner sought for police protection. Alleging that police are not granting protection as requested, this writ petition is filed. 3.

The material on record would disclose that petitioner filed E.P.No.103 of 2019 on 07.03.2019. The said E.P., is pending consideration of the Court. In the said E.P., petitioner also filed E.A.No.164 of 2019 praying to grant police aid. Pending that E.P., and within few days thereafter this writ petition is filed. 4.

Having regard to the fact that petitioner has already filed petition before the trial Court and E.A., is pending consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief at this stage.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his E.P., the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
