THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5404 of 2020 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the exclusion/restriction of participation in tenders in respect of Manthany, Peddapally and Ramagundam ICDS projects in Peddapally District and restricting the participation only to the poultry farmers in Peddapally District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare, on instructions, submits that the tender forms should be issued between 04.03.2020 to 13.03.3020 and it is open to all the interested participants to collect the forms and submit the same before 16.03.2020 and the averment made by the petitioners in the present Writ Petition that no such forms are being given to the poultry farmers from outside Peddapally area is incorrect.

Having regard to the said submission made, it is open for the petitioners to approach the concerned authorities to collect the tender form and apply for the same within the time prescribed in accordance with the tender conditions.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
