Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 25.11.2017 to the respondents 2 and 3 and no orders have been passed on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is made, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law. 3.
Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 25.11.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
