THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11250 of 2015 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.33756 of 2010.

As seen from the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33756 of 2010 the learned Judge, followed the earlier order of this Court in W.P.No.26922 of 2010. The learned Judge disposed of W.P.No.26922 of 2010 directing the respondents not to deduct the entire House Rent Allowance, but entitled to deduct a sum of Rs.1000/- each from the salaries of the petitioners till the competent authority passes an order duly following the prescribed procedure.

Following the said order, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents not to deduct higher House Rent Allowance, but shall deduct a sum of Rs.1000/- from the salary of the petitioner till the competent authority passes an order duly following the prescribed procedure, if not already passed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
