This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though private complaint is filed before the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, and when the matter is referred to the Police for registration of crime and investigation in S.R.No.7849 of 2018 on 27.12.2018, so far crime is not registered. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader informs that based on the private complaint, Crime No.116 of 2019 is registered on 12.03.2019 in Kushaiguda Police Station.

In view of the same, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
