THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2346 OF 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the notification dated 26.01.2010 as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India and judgment in W.P.No.1070 of 2000 dated 23.04.2001 and the schemes, and consequently direct the respondents to implement the schemes by making compassionate appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
