Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Perused the record.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that in spite oF addressing several representations to respondent No.3 vide representations dated 05. 02.20 1 5, 1 5. 04.2015, 02. 09.2015 and 07.04.2018 for continuing the petitioner's service and for revision of petitioner's monthly salary i.e. basic pay as I \ Rs.12,620/- instead of Rs.7,495/- and for release of benefits to the petitioner as per the orders of the High Court dated 22.01,.2014 passed in W.P.No.2B59B of 2014, no action had been initiated by the 3'd respondent.
4. A bare perusal of the material papers dated 05.O2.2015, 15.04.2015/ O2.09.2015 and 07.O4.2OLA clearly indicate that the said representations had been acknowledged by the office of the respondent No.3 herein but, however, no orders have been passed ti date.

Taking into consideration the above referred facts and circumstances, the Writ petition is disposed of
No.3 to consider the directing resPondent o5.02.2015, 15.O4.2015, representations dated 02.09.2015 and O7.O4'2018 of the petitioner for revision of monthly salary basic pay as Rs'12'620/- instead of Rs.7,495/- and for other benefits legally due to the petitioner in accordance to law' within a period of three
(03) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, duly communicating the said decision to the petitioner. However, there shall be no order as to costs' pending in this Writ Miscellaneous Petitions, if a nY'
