HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10129 OF 2017 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioners is that the applications made by them on 09.08.2016 in Form-VIA as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and also the application made through online on 19.10.2016 are not being disposed of by the 4th respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint filed by the Special Deputy Tahsildar, Tribal Welfare, K.R.Puram, West Godavari District under Section 3(2)(a) of A.P.Schedule Area (Land Transfer) Regulation Act, 1959 (for short 'the Act'), before the Special Deputy Collector seeking eviction of the petitioners from the subject lands stating that the said lands fall within the provisions of Act as amendment by Regulation Act I of 1970 was dismissed vide order dated 12.02.2001 in S.R.No.2050/2000 and the same has become final. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the applications made by the petitioners are stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondents is directed to dispose of the same by taking the above facts into acount, in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
