This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.156 of 2010 on the file of P.S. Cherial, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 (i) (x) of SCs and STs (POA) Act and Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court, which is numbered as PRC No.28 of 2012. In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above crime.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand dismissed.
