The petitioner who is accused No.2 in Crime No.282 of 2015 of Kakinada II Town L & O Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is having previous cases of similar nature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
