This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.09.2015 in I.A.No.335 of 2015 in O.S.No.130 of 2009 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 02.03.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the very purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
