THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4306 of 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the order dated 14.06.2012 of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, passed in IA.No.1033 of 2011 in OS.No.748 of 2010 filed by the plaintiff under Order I Rule 10 read with Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 26.12.2014. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
