THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR TREVC.No.87 of 2008 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This Court by order dated 06.10.2015 granted the petitioner eight weeks time for payment of batta. Neither is batta paid nor has any notice been taken out on the respondent.

As the order dated 06.10.2015 itself records that the TREVC would stand dismissed against the respondents in case of default, no further orders are necessary.

The TREVC is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
