This writ petition filed to declare the action of the respondents in not regulzarising the lands in Sy.No.12 of Upperpally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District admeasuring an extent of 2200 square yards in terms of G.O.Ms.No.166, dated 16-02-2008 and thereby trying to dispossess the petitioners and alienate the same to the third parties as being illegal and arbitrary.

It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that G.O.Ms.No.166, dated 16-02-2008 stood withdrawn by the Government and the same was recorded by this Court in PIL.No.517 of 2013. As such, no action can be initiated basing on the said G.O. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and no relief can be granted to the petitioners. However, it is open for the petitioners to apply for regularization if any subsequent G.O.s are issued in that regard.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 26-10-2016 Nvl
