This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 05.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.107 of 2016 in O.S.No.691 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to identify anybody. He further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
