HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 4 3 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police & SHO, Obulavaripalli PS, YSR Kadapa District, dated 15.02.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. To the extent of their relevancy to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted on the complaint of the 5th respondent dated 24.11.2017, before the 3rd respondent police station, the same was enquired into and thereafter, a case in Cr.No.37 of 2018 dated 15.02.2018 u/ ss.447, 188 IPC on the file of the 3rd respondent police station against the 4th respondent herein, wherein investigation is in progress." In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly the same is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
