This writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the representation made by the petitioners through online for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds. The receipts generated from the A.P. online are enclosed as material papers at Page No.78 and 80. It is seen from the receipt at Page No.78 the applicant is A.Anitha who is the first petitioner herein and whereas, from the receipt at Page No.80, the applicant is V.Ashok Kumar. Whereas, the second petitioner in this writ petition is M/s.Ashok Builders wherein V.Ashok Kumar claims to be the Managing partner. 3.

Since the application is made by V.Ashok Kumar, no relief can be granted in favour of the 2nd petitioner and granting of relief is restricted to first petitioner only.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to examine the claim of the first petitioner for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed, by following the due procedure as required by law. It is always open to the second petitioner, if so advised, to make an application. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
