CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1902 OF 2013 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A-6 under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 5 of 2013 on the file of Station House Officer, Kotabommali Police Station, Srikakulam district, registered for the offences punishable under section 47, 188 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/A1 to A6 filed letter dated 26/12/2016 before the Registry of this Court stating that both parties have compromised the matter in the presence of village elders, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. In view of the above letter, this Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
