ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.21 of 2019 of Mavala Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,427,307,324,506 read with 34 of IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the victim suffered simple injuries. This petitioner/A.1 was remanded to judicial custody on L2.02.20L9. The material witnesses are examined. Having regard to the nature of accusations levelled against the petitioner/A.1 and the investigation conducted so far, the petitioner/A.1 can be enlarged on bail under Section 439 of Cr,P.C, 4, Accordingly, the petitioner/A,1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs,10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand

only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned ludicial Magistrate of First Class, Adilabad. On such release, the petitioner/A.1 shall report before the Station House Officer, Mavala Police Station, Adilabad District, on every Sunday between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, till filing of the charge-sheet.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
