HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.CHANDRAIAH AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL L.A.A.S. Nos.99, 134, 138, 139, 140, 142, 144 and 172 of 2010 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G.Chandraiah) All these matters are identical in nature and, therefore, we dispose of these Appeal Suits by a common judgment. These Appeal Suits are filed by the Land Acquisition Officer/Revenue Divisional Officer, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 against the orders and decrees passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, dated 25.02.2009 in O.P.Nos.10, 2, 15, 4, 3, 8, 7 and 44 of 2005 respectively.

When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for appeals appearing on behalf of the appellant as well as the learned Counsel for the respondents/claimants submit that the issue involved in these appeals is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in L.A.A.S.No.97 of 2010, decided on 24.09.2014, whereunder the said appeal filed by the Land Acquisition Officer/Revenue Divisional Officer, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, was dismissed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, all these Land Acquisition Appeal Suits are also dismissed following the aforementioned decision of this Court and for the reasons recorded therein. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
