This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.1564 of 2010 in O.S.No.139 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the Family Court recalled the warrant and closed the above I.A. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this revision. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
